ATACH Statement on FDA Findings

ATACH issued the following statement on the FDA’s findings regarding CBD Products:

“FDA’s findings highlight the increased need for Congressional action as it relates to the regulatory framework of CBD products for use in food, beverage, and as dietary supplements.
